Wow! Did you watch the 55th Annual Grammy Awards Ceremony this past Sunday (2/10)? What a spectacle!  The Preservation Hall Jazz Band horn section just arrived back home from Los Angeles with amazing stories from their Grammy Awards performance.

The Preservation Hall horn section consisted of Ben Jaffe (Tuba), Freddie Lonzo (Trombone), Daniel ‘Weenie’ Farrow (Tenor Saxophone), Joe Lastie (Drums), and our dear California friend and trumpeter, Nolan Shaheed. The Horn section was invited to perform The Black Keys song ‘Lonely Boy’ at The Grammys with The Black Keys and Dr. John.

It was a true pleasure and honor sitting in with our friends, Dr. John and The Black Keys, during such a magical night!
